Full of explosive set pieces, snappy dialogue, and revealing plot twists, HORSE evokes the power and emotion of films like ‘HEAT’, ‘TRAINING DAY’ and ‘THE BOURNE ULTIMATUM’. It tells the story of a military intelligence operative, an undercover FBI agent and a powerful crime lord whose lives collide over a brick of unprocessed heroin on the streets of Albuquerque.
One man hunts for the father he never knew. Another for the son he’s seldom seen. And a third for the crime lord who victimized the woman he loves. In this crucible of blood is forged a bond and a realization, a realization that manhood is not defined by courage or obsession, but by responsibility — Responsibility for son, for family, for friend.
Jamie Carmichael, President of ContentFilm International said: “We’ve been looking for a really smart action film for ages and HORSE delivers both the opportunity for award winning performances alongside full on, commercial action.”
Paul Schiff says: “I think HORSE is a great combination of textured, mature character writing and high intensity action. It’s a very potent, exciting piece of work. We couldn’t be happier about how the project has come together.”
