Young, beautiful and smart, SIENNA CASTLE, travels to Mexico to unwind and celebrate a fabulous job offer as a fashion designer. Once over the border, Sienna attempts to purchase a large amount of inexpensive prescription drugs for her ailing mother. The vacation quickly turns into a nightmare as Sienna runs into local Police Chief Molina who arrests her and sends her to the “Hell Hole,” Mexico’s most notorious women’s prison.

Cut off from all contact and terrorized by the vindictive Chief Molina, who will stop at nothing to bury her in the Hell Hole, Sienna begins to realize that something doesn’t add up. There must be more to her arrest than is apparent.

Befriending fellow inmate, Yizel, another woman wrongly convicted by Molina, Sienna learns that the powerful pharmaceutical industry is making an example of her in order to stop Americans from traveling to Mexico for cheap prescription drugs. It’s a diabolical conspiracy that extends to the highest levels of the US and Mexican governments.

Sienna is a target and she realises escape is her only hope. But if she breaks out, Molina will have the excuse he needs to kill her. If she doesn’t, she will never see freedom again. But Chief Molina is not her only enemy. For Sienna, there is betrayal at every turn, and no one is who they seem.

A deadly chase ensues across the harsh Mexican desert, where the danger is not only from the relentless pursuit by Molina and his men, but from rogue vigilantes patrolling the border. On the verge of overcoming every hurdle, a final shocking twist leaves Sienna with only one way out — dead or alive.
