PROMOTIONS AT FIREWORKS INTERNATIONAL

LONDON February 12, 2008. Greg Phillips, President of Fireworks International, has today announced the promotion of Jonathan Ford to Senior Vice-President, Digital Acquisitions and Distribution, and Diana Zakis to Vice-President, Sales, Latin America and Asia. Ford joined the company in 2006, charged with responsibility for the licensing of Fireworks International’s new and library properties to digital media outlets worldwide, including on-demand, broadband and mobile platforms.  In his new expanded role, he will now also oversee acquisitions of emerging media properties suitable for the company’s digital programming catalogue as well as develop and implement the group’s strategies and initiatives across new media. Zakis’ promotion will see her role expanded by taking responsibility for sales to additional territories in Asia. She will continue with her existing responsibilities overseeing sales to Greece, the Middle East and Latin America.

Commenting on the promotions, Greg Phillips, President of Fireworks International, said: “Jonathan’s achievements in successfully launching content from both the Fireworks International and ContentFilm International libraries into the digital world have been exceptional. Additionally, he has acquired multiple new properties for our digital programming catalogue and that has laid the foundations for an exciting and lucrative business going forward.”

He added: “I am delighted to announce the promotion of Diana Zakis. Diana is superbly focused and talented, constantly achieving her targets and making a major contribution to Fireworks International’s growth over the past few years.  This promotion acknowledges her success and dedication.”
